Product Description
Eating Thai food is all about having a mixture of dishes with a variety of flavours and textures to really understand the cuisine.
Southern Thai food is all about bold flavours, though it can often be much spicier, saltier and more sour than most other Thai food, with strong Malay, Indonesian and Indian influences through the spices used.
Situated in the middle of Soi 102 is a restaurant that absolutely specialises in Southern Thai Food; what we at Feast Thailand believe is one of Thailand’s rather hidden gems. At Pastay by Chef Tae restaurant he knows how to deliver on both flavour and texture.
Don’t be confused by the word “Pasta” in the name of the restaurant…thinking it a ‘Pasta Only’ dining experience. Don’t be get me wrong; Chef Tae’s pasta making skills are excellent and the pasta offerings are delicious, but his flavours of the south of Thailand, in our opinion, are even better.
